I have always been passionate about cooking, I specialize in Italian, Japanese (oriental, sushi etc.), vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

I have always had a deep passion for cooking. Over the years, I’ve specialized in Italian, Japanese (including sushi and other Asian styles), vegetarian, and vegan cuisine.

I studied at the Hotel Institute of Montecatini Terme, which gave me a solid foundation in both culinary technique and hospitality.

After running my own restaurant for four years, I have spent the past year working as a private chef, creating personalized dining experiences for my clients.

Seeing guests happy and satisfied through my cooking is what truly brings me joy — it’s the reason I love what I do every day.
