During my career, I have worked for many of the worlds leading chefs from Europe. These chefs include Pierre Gagnaire of sketch London (3*Michelin), Angela Hartnett (Gordon Ramsay group formerly 1* Michelin, and Heston Blumenthal of the Fat duck UK (3* Michelin) to name a few. After many years honing my craft in London under those chefs mention previously, I decided to move my career to the sea. I started to work in a senior executive chef role for various cruise lines over around a 7-year period worldwide, this enabled me to grow my career in a more budget-driven direction. However, after a period of time, I wanted to turn my attention back to hands-on cookery as that’s where my passion lies, on the liners I was simply a manager of large budgets and large amounts of cooks! I needed to get creative again. Then as a result of my need for a new challenge, I then found a seasonal role as a private chef for a billionaire from Russia living in Monaco. And from this point on in 2015, I stayed cooking in the private section on yachts and in private estates worldwide. This took me to cook for royalty in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UHNW clients in Bali and Thailand, multiple mega yachts in permanent roles also, and finally, I worked for a UHNW client for 3 years exclusively, we traveled the world and the USA. And now we have created our own business providing world-class cuisine and techniques that I have gathered through my serious training and travels respectfully.
