I'm a chef with 8 years of experience.

French by birth, I cut my teeth in Paul Bocuse's kitchens.

I worked in Switzerland in a 2-star Michelin restaurant, then as a private chef in chalets.

Then I decided to enrich my skills by working in palaces like the hotel du cap Eden roc for 2 years.

This makes my cuisine a creative and modern French cuisine.
