When it comes to cooking and baking I find myself very creative and passionate.
I see myself more as a pastry chef than a savory chef, I am confident that I can present both. Dont get me wrong I love cooking, I can cook you anything that you would like. But my true passion is for baking. I only have 8 years experience in the culinary world but I can tell you, the passion that I have for doing what I do can seem like I've been doing this all my life. I went to MIHCA culinary school in the Philippines.
It was an amazing journey that I was very happy I took. I think you should hire me as your chef because I can give you the best of both worlds.
