I’m Albert Ortiz, a chef with over 23 years of experience, specialized in product-driven Catalan cuisine enhanced by cutting-edge techniques. I’ve led kitchens in both Spain and Asia — particularly in Singapore and Japan — where I refined my style while remaining true to the essence of culinary tradition.

Today, I offer private chef services, crafting bespoke gastronomic experiences with seasonal ingredients and precise execution. From intimate dinners to special events, I take care of every detail — from menu design to presentation and service.

My training alongside renowned chefs such as Jordi Vilà and Santi Santamaría has been essential in shaping an honest, technically refined approach that places the ingredient at the heart of the experience.
