Chef Loret De Musso Theunissen

I am a qualified chef / caterer from the Hotelschool of Technikon Witwatersrand Johannesburg South Africa (changed name University of Johannesburg) I also qualified afterwards as a Lecturer to train & teach in my field of expertise - hospitality. I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, 36 years to be precise. I am very passionate about food & people, I have been running my own catering / cooking school / health bar / coffee shop for the past 26 and the other years I spend working for companies as the Holiday Inn Hotel group, Eskom (power supply company in SA - they had their own conference & exhibition centre) I left South Africa our very multicultural country to explore my Italian heritage here in Europe, I have however decided on Spain. I have caterer for small to large groups, weddings, private dinner parties the list is endless. I have however catered for the one and only Oprah Winfrey at her girls school in SA, worked at the 2010 soccer world cup where Spain won the world cup title, I was a chef at the VIP suits at the various stadiums in Johannesburg. Our National cricket team was also one of my clients of Loret’s Kitchen Catering Business. My flair is very personal and intimate with my vivacious interactive personality, I call myself the living menu explanation board.
