Espert in Asian and Italian cuisine

I studied professional cooking in a culinary school in Alba, home of the Italian truffle. I was trained by Michelin-star chefs and established Italian chefs, which further helped my passion for Italian and Asian cuisine develop. I have been coached at well-known restaurants in Turin and at a 5-star hotel in Montpellier, France. I worked in an Italian restaurant for 5 years in The Netherlands.

I have worked as personal chef for 8 years in Hong Kong where I became very familiar with Thai, Spanish, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine.

Violetta is passionate about exploring various food combinations, and specializes in Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean and Asian styles of cooking
