Get to know me better

Serving humanity is my first passion, and this echoes in the effort I pour into each dish.

At a young age, my parents demonstrated the philosophy of “you are what you eat” by fostering a nurturing, self-sustainable environment on a small farm in coastal Maine. Without my unique upbringing that undoubtedly demonstrated the real connection between the earth and our sustenance, I would not possess the passion and appreciation I now have for the culinary arts, organic farming, the ocean and nutrition. Furthermore, it has inspired me to pursue a career that specializes in healthy cuisine using innovation, ethical practices and nutrient-rich ingredients in an effort to help revitalize the association between nourishment and mother nature that society has recently forgotten.
