Hey I'm Chef Shanna, a Jamaican-born personal chef serving the Central Florida area and beyond. I've been serving up tasty dishes for friends and family for all occasions over the years and enjoyed every minute of it. I pursued a degree in Hotel Management, which gave me training in both culinary arts and management then in 2019 I earned my MBA at the University of Central Florida.

In 2022 I quit my job of 12-years to pursue my dream and true passion for cooking professionally. Why? Because I believe in whipping up not just delicious and nutritious meals for people but also imparting my knowledge as I teach . As a single mom, family is everything to me, and that love goes straight into my cooking and passion for building my personal brand
