I've grown up in Italian kitchens, and from the time I needed a phone book stepping stool to reach the table, my love for traditional cooking was ignited.

Learning from mamma, nonna and the very many young at heart men & women across Italia to make the dishes that's made Italian food the most desirable in the world, I now specialize in the authentic traditional Cucina Italiana you won't soon find in any restaurant.

My ingredients include a combination of Made in Italy and local farm, as well as home grown herbs for all the dishes prepared.

When I'm not in the kitchen preparing your delicious meals, I teach the Authentic Italian Cuisine, and write about the very stories of culture and cuisine. Ive been featured in various magazines across Canada, Italy and Switzerland for my work in preserving the traditional cuisine and you can view some of those dishes on my social gallery at @danielasfara
