Am not your typical paper chef.

I have worked hard to apprentice past several well known respected chefs in vancouver including a Michelin star chef.

As I stand,my culinary mind has let me explore several different styles from Americana, Asian , Italian and of course thanks to my nanny who passed on her knowledge authentic Latino food using French techniques.

I simply live and love food my current mandate is to create a sustainable development of a restaurant similar to noma style with my take on local ingredients that I have had the opportunity to work with from the nation's people of Canada plus my intense research into past nautical practices.

I simply love my family and I respect food.

I grew up on both sides of life to know what's important to me as of late.

My ambition has propelled me to be the confident chef I am today thru many wonderful experiences I can't wait to see what this will bring. Peace.
