I have been working as a Chef in Mallorca since 2003. I fell in love with Mediterranean cuisine and how much care goes into the ingredients. Alongside my Filipino heritage and my affinity for Asian food in general, I blend different flavours from numerous cultures to create healthy and home style dishes.
