International chef with 35+ years of experience, bringing world-class hospitality, honest flavours and a personal touch to every table.
With more than 35 years of international culinary experience, I have cooked my way across the world – from Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels to luxury cruise ships, expedition vessels and my own supper club in the USA.
Classically trained in Copenhagen, my cooking combines strong European foundations with Mediterranean flavours and influences gathered throughout my international career. I believe in honest food, excellent ingredients and bold, clean flavours rather than unnecessary complication.
Throughout my career I have cooked for royalty, VIPs and guests from around the world, while leading kitchens and culinary teams in some extraordinary locations.
For me, great private dining is about more than the food. It is about the occasion, the people around the table and creating an experience guests will remember.
Now based in Mallorca, I bring that experience into private homes and villas, creating relaxed, personal dining experiences built around great food and genuine hospitality.
