Clément Civat, 10 ans d'expérience en cuisine, dont 6 ans passés à l'étranger.
À travers son parcours, il a pu découvrir différents styles de cuisine du traditionnel au gastronomique en passant par les restaurants étoilés Michelin.
Il a pu grandir et devenir Chef de cuisine a l'âge de 24 ans à Édimbourg en Ecosse.
Il a aussi monté son équipe et créé sa propre carte à Mykonos l'été dernier.
Sa passion lui vient de sa grand-mère qu'il a vu cuisiner toute son enfance. Passion qu'il a développé autour des produits du terroir.
Clément Civat has 10 years of experience in cuisine, including 6 years spent abroad. Throughout his career, he has been able to discover different styles of cuisine, ranging from traditional to gastronomic, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
He was able to grow and become a Chef de cuisine at the age of 24 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He also assembled his own team and created his own menu in Mykonos last summer.
His passion for cooking comes from his grandmother, whom he watched cook throughout his childhood. He has developed his passion around local products.
