“Chef Guilherme Bianchi was born in Brazil, though his family is from Tuscany, Italy. He developed a passion for gourmet cuisine as a child. After moving to the United States at age 19, he expanded his repertoire to include classic cuisine. More recently, he moved to England and decided to open up his attractive repertoire so that new private clients can learn a little more about his cuisine. Chef Gui Bianchi has prepared delicious dinners for football players, television stars, musicians, and film actors. His signature dish is Seafood Paella. Chef Gui Bianchi stands out for his flexibility and easy adaptation to different work environments.
