Chef Douglas, was polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. Knowing exactly when to come and intervene. Chef explained every dish down to the ingredients that were being used. We had the pleasure of eating some of his ingredients from his garden. Food was a 10, presentation 10, taste 10, and service was a 10. I highly recommend everyone experience this type of quality service. I’m sure there are plenty of qualified chefs who will make your experience one to remember, but chef Douglas will be hearing from me again and you all should book him while you can!
