Im a Red Seal Endorsed Chef with 25 years experience. While i specialize in southern US comfort food & BBQ, I am quite versetile in what I can offer.
From Italian to Classic French to canning and preserving.
I've got something in repetoire for just about any taste.
I'm currently a Certified Chef de Cuisine Candidate. The practical exams happen in spring 2024.
I've also competed in several culinary salons, and have appeared on Season 4 of FireMasters on Food Network.
