Absolutely food obsessed, whether it be produce, ingredients, cooking or eating - I am here for it all.

I am Private Chef with worldly culinary experience, from Barcelona to the Far East and London alike. I have been a Private chef for years now with stints as Senior Sous Chef at Sony music and Head Chef at Nike's HQ. My passion stems from my love of food and entertaining, bringing people joy through my creative expression and food is something I relish every time.

I've never enjoyed being the grumpy chef out back that customers never see. I like to be customer facing, entertaining and putting a smile on peoples faces. I am bold in my flavours as well as my personality and I bring the same energy to each of my events. You don't just get to eat my food, you get me too.

I studied at Oxford School of hospitality, trained at Ritz-Carlton Barcelona & spent the past 4 years in London honing my trade.

A cooking secret...

Staying relaxed and remaining clean and organised. A steak will still take the same amount of time to cook whether you're stressed or not... chill
