A passionate and experienced chef who loves bringing people together over food in order to create memorable culinary experiences.

Scott Gallegos is an accomplished chef with over 18 years of culinary experience on both land and sea. Scott graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY before studying in Italy. There, he developed a love for farm to table cuisine and using outstanding ingredients to create memorable culinary experiences. After returning from Italy, Scott worked in several James Beard award winning restaurants in Washington DC and then Miami where he developed a love for Central and South American Cuisines. In 2018, Scott transitioned into yachting and has catered to clients in the US, Bahamas, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Recently, Scott has been experimenting with sourdough baking and is passionate about producing his own fresh breads and pastries. His dishes often invoke the flavors of Italy, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, the Caribbean, and the American South. He believes in cooking with bold flavors and bringing joy through food. His favorite meal is a traditional Argentine asado cooked over an open fire and shared with friends.
